I have had the privilege being born, raised, and married in North County, graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University earning a degree in Business Administration and Biola University earning a Masters in Christian Education.    My goal in obtaining a Masters in Christian Education, was to be a businessman with integrity and a firm foundation in ethics.   

My experience of owning and running my own Painting and Decorating business for 16 years and now a Realtor since 2005, has enabled me to put the education to good use.  The skills used in painting and decorating have come in handy with a good  understanding of what it takes to stage a home for selling and the ability to look for a good value in a home purchase, for buyers. 

As I transitioned into full-time Real Estate, back in 2005, I have dealt with a variety of transactions from traditional sales to short sales and bank owned properties.  The variety has included single family homes, condos, ranches, vacant  land, a small business, and  multi-family units.  I received a Broker’s license in Real Estate in January 2010.  This opened up a new level of service  for you, through my on-going efforts of increasing my real estate related knowledge.
